The new kid in the block is Laparoscopic surgery via one port which leaves no scar, Gallblader, antireflux ( gastric) surgery procedures, pancraetic, liver, adrenal surgery etc. have been done with this technique, really this will be the way most laparoscopic procedures will be done.
